A proud native of Raleigh, Sarah has been with HagerSmith since 2006 and an integral part of the Interior Design team’s success, cultivating long-standing partnerships that define our work. She brings an unmatched depth of institutional knowledge, creative vision, and genuine care for the people and communities we serve. Her people-focused approach to design and leadership has reinforced the culture that makes HagerSmith what it is.
Sarah will be taking over the Presidential role from Tony Conner, who has served as our fearless leader for 25 years. Tony’s architectural knowledge and signature good humor have enriched the company for the better, and we are grateful for his dedication to our growth and to training the next generation of architects.
Leadership transitions are about both continuity and vision. We’re excited for what’s ahead, and grateful to the clients, partners, and team members who have been part of our story for nearly five decades.
