We’ve been a staple in Downtown Raleigh’s Warehouse District before it ever had a cool name. In 1983, we set up shop at 300 South Dawson Street and have seen many changes over the decades, both inside and outside our walls. With plans in the hopper to update our office delayed (hello Great Recession, and global pandemic), we finally had the opportunity to practice what we preach and provide a dynamic, flexible, and engaging workspace for our employees.
HagerSmith Office
Featuring a large open studio with colorful acoustical lights, sit to stand workstations with wireless charging, private phone and wellness rooms, an open collaborative area overlooking iconic Nash square, and a design library with color-changing LEDs, the design blends the innovation of our designers today while honoring the firm’s rich 45-year history and this historic building.
Built in 1949, we preserved and celebrated some of the unique details of the space such as the brick chimney, faceted column bases, and exposed electrical track in the concrete floors. We look forward to your visit!
