Our longstanding relationship with ABB allowed us the opportunity to renovate an older 1990s building in Cary to house their North American Headquarters. A European company who had just recently undergone a new branding and workplace strategy overhaul, we were tasked with transforming old, outdated, and traditional space into a sleek, modern, and efficient work environment.

The renovated building highlights ABB’s new branding, provides more modern facilities, including open spaces for collaboration and teamwork, new technology and networking tools, and updated interiors with more natural light.
With a new lobby façade of metal and glass, an expansive patio with easy access to a contemporary, amenity packed conferencing center and pantry, to a completely overhauled interior, the project came in under budget and on time.
