The three-building campus is the latest and largest project completed by HagerSmith Design within the business park.
Greenfield 27
600 S. Greenfield Parkway comprises 160,380 square feet and features 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, two grade-level doors, 32 dock high doors and 177 vehicle parking spots within the campus. Wake County Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control acquired the building to use as their new distribution headquarters in early 2024.
The 57,600 square foot 4101 Waterfield Drive and 44,800 square foot 4501 Waterfield Drive both offer ESFR sprinkler systems, 32-foot clear heights, 18 and 14 dock-high doors and a total of 190 parking spots. Both buildings are occupied by Acousti Engineering, Southern Staircase, and The Macomb Group.
