While HagerSmith was designing their new office space in Morrisville, NC, INC Research and Inventiv Health merged to form Syneos Health, a fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization purpose-built to accelerate customer success.

After tackling the variety of schedule and tactical changes that came with designing the space during the merger, Syneos Health and HagerSmith created a new concept for the global headquarters building that incorporated brand colors and refreshed logos.
The resulting six story, quarter million square foot, state-of-the-art interior fit up included a conferencing center, full-service café and patio, executive suite, and a variety of sustainable features including EV chargers and a fully integrated lighting control system.
