HagerSmith partnered with longtime client Wigeon Capital in late 2022 to design 200 Laurensfield Court, the second of six warehouse buildings in the brokerage’s Garner Business Park warehouse development portfolio.

Featuring 32′ clear ceiling heights, 34 dock doors and an ESFR sprinkler system, the 11-acre property is situated within Garner’s prominent Greenfield Business Park. The building is currently 100% leased by Lansing Building Projects.
