Located at the intersection of New Hill Road and Green Oaks Parkway in Holly Springs, Oakview Commons features a combination of retail, dining and hospitality aimed at fostering a dynamic community environment in a swiftly growing area of the Triangle.
Oakview Commons
The project aims to provide amenities to the surrounding community, and the site’s three retail buildings and a future 135+ room hotel will supply a diverse selection of retail, restaurant and service options to a rapidly expanding area southwest of Raleigh. Oakview Commons is strategically placed between 500 acres of existing and continuing business development sites as well as 2,000 current and future homes, all within a one-mile radius of the commercial compound. When completed, Oakview Commons will house twelve local tenants, including a yoga studio, golf simulator venue, hair and nail salons, a wellness club and multiple North Carolina-based restaurants.
The site features ample green space for future occasions sponsored by the community and by retailers, including two courtyard areas that can be utilized for open air concerts and pop-up events. An elevated walkway connects the three buildings, and native plants are interspersed between retail spaces and public gathering areas to enhance Oakview Commons’ natural surroundings.
