Lakeridge Logistics Center is located less than a mile from I-95, ideally situated in the heart of the economic corridor between Maine and Florida. The site is within 500 miles of more than half of the nation’s manufacturing activity and sixty percent of its major corporate headquarters, a strategic asset for companies seeking storage, manufacturing and distribution facilities serving the East Coast.

HagerSmith’s Landscape Architects were instrumental in master planning the site and ensuring that the two warehouse buildings were equipped with the necessary space to serve both visitors and distributors. Each building features 32-foot clear ceiling heights, a depth of 220 feet, and 31 dock doors for freight loading and unloading. The two buildings can be subdivided to accommodate multiple tenants.

Early tenants of Lakeridge Logistics Center include Trane U.S. Inc., L&C Cabinetry, and Riverstone Logistics, LLC. Plans to expand Lakeridge Logistics Center’s industrial footprint in the area are in progress, with potential to develop an industrial park with Lakeridge Logistics Center as the park’s foundational buildings.
